Face à Face’s designers have embarked on a new season inspired by contemporary Japanese design, featuring icons such as Shiro Kuramata, Issey Miyake and Rei Kawakubo. The Japan Now collection merges delicate aesthetics with disruptive artistry. The Nijji model celebrates the allure of rainbows, while Kakemo glasses (featured here) juxtapose mysterious volumes with sharp geometry. The collection is enriched with a palette inspired by Japanese craftsmanship, including hues from blue-green to indigo, yuzu green, purple-reds and ‘Viva Magenta’ with azalea-pink accents. The Kakemo glasses feature an enigmatic contrast between chunky curves and geometric elegance, embodying Face à Face's philosophy, where the unexpected becomes art.
