Specsavers is New Zealand’s most trusted optometry brand according to the Most Trusted Brand Survey 2020, commissioned by New Zealand’s Reader’s Digest, with OPSM and Visique highly commended. 

“We are really pleased with this positive news,” said Specsavers director of communications Charles Hornor. “Trust has never been more important within a business, especially now as the Covid-19 pandemic is forcing all businesses to change the way they operate and deliver services to their customers.” 

In the poll, 1,400 New Zealand consumers were asked to rate the brands they trust the most across 68 categories of products and services from a broad range of industries. Brands included in the list to be rated were generated by asking New Zealand consumers, unprompted, for their most trusted brands.
